Simply Greens

Toss 8oz of mixed greens in a bowl add 1 thinly sliced clove of shallot, add 1/2 cup of grape tomatoes, cut into halves, 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts and dried cranberries, 1 tbsp goat cheese and drizzle about 2 tbsp of Purelements “The Signature” on the salad (add bacon as desired)

Homemade Vegan Coleslaw

Thinly slice 1/2 lb. green cabbage, add 8 oz grated carrots, 1/4 cup sliced celery, and a dash of Himalayan salt. Mix thoroughly with 2 tbsp of Purelements’ “The Signature” vinaigrette and enjoy!

Sweet Sea

Our famous Kale salad that is served at Vinadore Cafe! Combine 8 oz Organic Kale, washed, chop into small pieces and toss well with 3 tbsp Purelements “Citrus Honey” place in a bowl and garnish with Tangerines, toasted Walnuts, dried cranberries, shaved Gruyere cheese on top.

Watercress Delight

One small bunch of chopped watercress and add a peeled orange and one small minced clove of shallot. Finally toss with 1/4 cup of toasted walnut halves. Stir in with 3 tbsp of Purelements “Citrus Honey” dressing, lightly sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

Ruby Spoon

Start with six leaves of Butter (Boston) Lettuce, add six slices of your favorite kind of pear, add fresh pomegranate seeds, a tbsp spoon-full of sliced, toasted almonds and drizzle one ounce of the Purelements “Pomegranate Plum” vinaigrette on the salad. Voila! (add Gruyere cheese as you desire) enjoy!

Roquette Salmon

Place 8oz of wild Arugula in a salad bowl, drizzle 2 tbsp of Purelements “Pomegranate Plum” vinaigrette and roughly toss, add 8 oz of sliced smoked salmon on the Arugula, sprinkle Himalayan salt and pepper on top, and add shaved Gruyere cheese on top. Enjoy!

Romaine and Herb Salad

In a large bowl, toss 1 small bunch of romaine lettuce, 1/2 pinch of chopped dill, add 1 tbsp of finely chopped Italian parsley, add 2 sliced medium Persian cucumbers, and a thinly sliced 1/2 small red onion, mix with 3 tbsp of Purelements “Black Velvet”  vinaigrette. Add a dash of Himalayan sea salt and top with 1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese.

Green Apple and Spinach

Mix 1 small bunch of spinach and 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped Granny Smith apples in a bowl. Drizzle 3 tbsp of Purelements “Black Velvet” vinaigrette. Toss and serve with 1/2 cup of slivered almonds and 1 tbsp of shredded Swiss cheese.
